Apple has confirmed that there are problems with the 128 GB and 256 GB Solid State Drives (SSDs) used in the 2017 13-inch MacBook Pro (non-touch bar) device, which can result in data loss and hard drive failure. The 13-inch MacBook Pro with the affected hard drive was sold between June 2017 and June 2018.

Apple or Authorized Service Provider (AASP) will repair the affected hard drive for free. Apple recommends repairing your hard drive as soon as possible. If the customer has encounter issues, the company will send them an email about the program. Be sure to back up your data before it gots troubleshooting, as your hard drive will be erased during the process, which will take roughly an hour.

On the other hand, Apple has determined that some of the iPhone X's display may have touch problems due to a possible component failure on the iPhone X display module. For example, the display does not respond or intermittently responds to touch actions or will respond even if you didn't tap the screen.

Apple and its Authorized Service Provider will replace the display module for free for eligible devices. Ahead of the repair, customers are recommended to back their Phones to iTunes or iCloud, as they warn that other damage would occur during the process. For users that already replaced the display, they can contact Apple Support for a refund.
