Apple Considering Launch New Smart Battery Case For iPhone XS

Launched in 2015, Apple's Smart Battery Case will allow you to charge your phone while protecting it at the same time, plus it supports devices such as iPhone 6, iPhone 6S and iPhone 7. However, after the release of iPhone X and iPhone 8 and 8 Plus last year, Apple has not launched a matching smart battery case, some may wonder what they possibly stop making it...

Well, a new icon found in watchOS 5.1.2 beta 2 might prove that Apple is considering launching a new Smart Battery Case for iPhone XS. In terms of design, the new Smart Battery case is not much different from the battery case of iPhone 6, 6S except that the rear camera is arranged vertically, corresponding to iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR. Though Apple has never made Smart Battery cases for the "Plus" iPhone, presumably because one of the main selling points of these devices was the increase in battery life. We never know if the company would still remain that way, we might as well only see the iPhone XR/XS Smart Battery Case being launched.
