Apple today released the third developer beta of macOS 10.14.4 update with build number 18E194d, it comes two weeks after the second beta of macOS 10.14.4 was released to developers. You can install the beta via Software Update mechanism in System Preferences if you have registered through Apple's Developer Center.

macOS 10.14.4 extends the Apple News service to Canada for the first time, and it also supports Safari auto-fill with Touch ID. The update also introduced the automatic dark theme for Safari. In other words, if you turn on dark mode, visit websites that offer a dark theme, it will be enabled automatically. Oh, and it appears that the latest version includes support for Smart TVs in the Home app.

According to AppleInsider user MacPro, the latest beta fixed the AMD GPU driver issue that conflicted with Photoshop's use of the GPU for accelerated filters such as liquify

We should expect Apple to release the macOS 10.14.4 update in March, alongside iOS 12.2, watchOS 5.2 and tvOS 12.2, even though Apple didn't seed new beta to these software updates today
