In addition to Tim Cook, other Apple executives also spoke at the meeting. Craig Federighi, Apple's software chief, for example, answered questions from shareholders concerning whether the new iPad Pro will be transferring video files over the iPad Pro’s USB-C port, and Craig replied that such functionality is coming.

Other highlights of the meeting included Apple acquired 18 companies last year, 50% of new Apple employees from underrepresented groups, and R&D spending tripled to more than $14 billion. Cook also used the stage to reemphasize Apple's view on privacy, diversity, environment, and so forth.
