Apple Watch Bands Sell Out Ahead of Spring Release

Recently, most of the Fall 2018 Apple Watch bands sold on the Apple website are out of stock. This signals that the next Apple special event is coming up. The bands that are sold out for this spring consists of the Sport Bands in several colors (Mellow Yellow, Blue Horizon, Hisbiscus and Pacific Green),  the Nike Sport Band (Olive Flak and Smoky Mauve), Sport Loops (Cape Cod Blue and Nectarine), and the 40mm Smoky Mauve Nike Sport Loop. On the contrary, many leather bands for the Apple Watch are out of stock as well. They include the Forest Green Leather Loop, 2 Double Tours (Two-tone designs), and most of the Modern Buckle colors.

Apple accessories sold on their online store usually gets sold out every March, June and September for their routine changes. Once it’s March 25th, new colors will be released and some of the bands will be discontinued. Apple could introduce the new Apple Watch bands in a Newsroom article 4 days prior to the event, then release them on the 25th. We’re only a few weeks away from the event, which is most likely that Apple is releasing new bands soon.

It’s a trend that Apple adds brighter colors for spring and summer accessories, but in the spring, the bands aren’t as vibrant as the summer colors are. Last summer’s Apple Watch Sport Band colors consist of Lemonade, Raspberry, Denim Blue, Soft Pink, and many more. We hope that this time, Apple should release more bands with more vibrant colors and designs.
