Apple Unveils New 10.2-Inch iPad And Launched New Accessories

At today's annual September products launch event, Apple officially unveiled the seventh-generation iPad, replacing the existing 2018 entry-level model. At the same time, Apple also launched many new accessories, including the new Apple Watch Bands, cases for iPhone 11, 11 Pro, and 11 Pro Max.


The new iPad screen is featured with a 10.2-inch retina display and an A10 Fusion chip that is twice as fast as the previous generation. The new seventh-generation 10.2-inch iPad is pre-installed with iPadOS system that is smarter and supports both Smart Connector and Apple Pencil (1st generation), while the camera is an 8-megapixel sensor, supports Gigabit LTE and is made from 100% recycled aluminum.

This product is available for pre-order today for the price of $329, and educational can get it for $299. The new iPad offers a silver, space gray and gold look with 32GB and 128GB storage configurations. It will be officially shipped on September 30th.

As for accessories, Apple launched Clear Case at $39 and Silicone Case in White and Black color at $39 for iPhone 11. iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max owners will be able to purchase the Clear Case for $39, Silicone Case in Clementine, Pine Green, Alaskan Blue, Pink Sand, Midnight Blue, White, Black, and Product Red for $39, Leather Case in Meyer Lemon, Forest Green, Midnight Blue, Saddle Brown, Black, Product Red for $49, and Leather Folio in Aubergine, Black for $129.

Apple announced today that the official version of iOS 13 will be released on Thursday, September 19th, the day before the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max will be officially on sale. After the release of iOS 13, Apple will release iOS 13.1 on September 30th. In addition, iPadOS will not be released alongside iOS 13 but rather to be released on September 30th along with iOS 13.1.
