Apple Music Student Subscribers To Get Apple TV+ For Free

Apple has announced that its music streaming platform, Apple Music, will offer subscribers who on the student plan a free Apple TV+ package, according to a Instagram story by Hailee Steinfeld’s, who stars in Dickinson.

It's not yet known whether Apple will bring such a discount for subscribers who on the Individual Plan or the Family Plan, which costs $9.99 and $14.99, respectively.

Regardless, this sounds pretty competitive, as Spotify also had a similar deal, in which when you subscribe to Spotify Premium Student for $4.99, you get the Hulu's ad-supported plan for free.

Financial Times reported eariler that Apple is in talks with record companies that bundles Apple Music and Apple TV+ into a "super-bundle of media content" for a cheaper price, though concerns have rose that the bundle would led to lost revenues. So it's unclear if this is the first official "super bundle" of its kind.

In addition, one year of free Apple TV+ subscription will be available for those who have purchased any iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, and Apple TV starting September 10th and later.
