Last month, Apple released the new MacBook Pro, bringing a number of improvements, such as the return to the scissor foot keyboard, a redesigned cooling system, better microphones and speakers, and more. This week, some users are reporting that 16-inch MacBook Pro speakers produced "popping" sound Apple said it is currently investigating this issue and will release a future update to address it.

In an internal document, Apple said that when using Final Cut Pro X, Logic Pro X, QuickTime Player, Music, Movies, or other applications to play audio, users may hear a pop come from the speakers after playback has ended. 

Apple recommends that do not set up service appointment or replace it with a new one because this is a software-related issue.

When using Final Cut Pro X, Logic Pro X, QuickTime Player, Music, Movies, or other applications to play audio, users may hear a pop come from the speakers after playback has ended. On social networks such as the Official Apple Support Communities and Reddit, some people whine that their latest 16-inch MacBook Pro laptop speakers have ended up sounding very funky when they play songs or videos on their computers.

In the eleventh hour, Apple has acknowledged that this is a software problem, and the exact cause is not known; it is not clear when a software update will be done to fix the real issue.
