Apple Releases Beta 2 Of iOS 13.3.1, macOS 10.15.3, watchOS 6.2.1, And More

Apple today seeded the second developer beta for iOS 13.3.1 and iPadOS 13.3.1, one month after the seeding of the  first iOS 13.3.1 beta. The company also seeded the second developer beta of tvOS 13.3.1, macOS 10.15.3, as well as watchOS 6.1.2. If you have enrolled in Apple's Developer Program, then the betas are now made available for you to download and install over-the-air.

At present, it appears that Apple did not bring any major features or enhancements to iOS 13.3.1, tvOS 13.3.1, and watchOS 6.1.2. However, for macOS 10.15.3, 9to5mac found that there were references in associated with a new "Pro Mode," which aims at allowing one to override fan speed limits and energy saving limits to improve performance

Furthermore, what we anticipate is that those updates will likely include bug fixes and performance improvements, especially in the case of iOS 13.3.1, which could address some issues with Communication Limits, fixing a workaround with the Contacts app that lets a child to communicate with people not in their Contacts list.

Finally, Apple on Monday released Xcode 11.3.1. The update include bug fixes and improvements, for example, it reduce the size of dependency files produced by the Swift compiler, in a way it can improve incremental build times and disk usage for targets with many source files.
