iOS and iPadOS 13.4 developer beta 4 is released today, a week after the iOS 13.4 developer beta 3 has been released. The iOS 13.4 beta 4 has no changes and features besides bug fixes and improvements.

Users can install the iOS and iPadOS 13.4 developer beta 4 on iPhone and iPad with the developer beta profile installed, from the Apple Developer Center or over the air.  If the update is installed on iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max, then only over the air updates with the developer beta profile is allowed to install the latest iOS 13.4 beta version.

The iOS and iPadOS 13.4 betas introduce many changes and features since the first and second beta updates. These include improved 9 new Memojis, CarPlay API, a Shazam shortcut in Siri Shortcuts, improved Mail app toolbar and more.
