Apple Won Multiple ADC Awards, Including One "Best of Discipline" Honor

ADC (Art Director's Club) Awards, the oldest continuously running industry award show in the world, today presented the "Best of Discipline" award along with two Gold Cubes and two Silver Cubes to Apple's creative "Bounce" advertisement.

The spot, filmed in black and white, featured a restless man pulling his AirPods off the wireless charging pad before it pops out and begins jumping over typical street items that are inexplicably bouncing like a trampoline. The single "I Study Some Jazz Today" plays while he's in the streets.

In a statement, Kevin Swanepoel, CEO of The One Club for Creativity, said that "'Bounce' is an amazing example of innovative creative work. It's the epitome of excellence in filmmaking craft and innovation, which is the basis for how these awards are judged, and well-deserving of the Black Cube honor for Best of Show as the world's best creative work of the past year."

In addition to the "Best of Discipline" honor, "Bounce" also brought home two Gold Cubes for Craft in Video/Direction and Branded Content/Entertainment, and took two Silver Cubes for Craft in Video/Cinematography and Television/Film/Online video.

Other Apple content, including an AirPods Pro poster design, earned a Silver Cube in Art Direction, "Snowbrawl" scored a Bronze Cube for Craft in Video / Direction,  "Coup de Bol" earned one for Branded Content/Entertainment, "The Morning Show" the main title got a Bronze Cube for Title Design, and "Wonderful Tools" received three Bronze Cubes for Art Direction, Branded Content/Entertainment, and Animation.
