Apple Temporarily Close 11 Of Its US Retail Stores Due To COVID-19 Spike

Apple will temporarily close 11 of its US retail stores due to new outbreaks of COVID-19 across the country. This comes after Apple began re-opening its retail stores in May, it had vowed that it would not hesitate to close the stores again unless the outbreaks are bad for the region.

As states across the US have begun to allow businesses to re-open and allow their citizens to return to some kind of normal life, new outbreaks have been reported in some parts of the country.

"Due to current COVID-19 conditions in some of the communities we serve, we are temporarily closing stores in these areas. We take this step with an abundance of caution as we closely monitor the situation and we look forward to having our teams and customers back as soon as possible,” said the company.
