Fourth Beta Of macOS Big Sur Released, Introduce Option To Disbale Wallpaper Tint

Apple yesterday released the fourth developer beta version of macOS 11 Big Sur, two weeks after it seeded the third beta. Developers should go to Apple Developer Center and install the appropriate profile, where the betas will be available via the Software Update mechanism in System Preferences.

macOS Big Sur beta 4 brought minor but notable changes, including 4K support for YouTube videos in Safari and a new option has been added to “System Preferences” to disable the wallpaper tinting feature when using Dark Mode.

Apple added the wallpaper tinting feature to macOS Mojave. However, users have mixed opinions on this feature. Some people think that this feature is very easy to use, and some think that this feature is not effective when used with Dark Mode. Therefore, in the fourth developer beta version of macOS 11 Big Sur, users can choose to disable the wallpaper tinting feature in the “System Preferences”.

If users want to disable the "allow wallpaper tinting in windows" option, they only need to open the "System Preferences", select "General", and look for the option. By default, the box is checked, and users can disable this feature by simply unchecking it.
