Leaked iPad Pro 4 Manual Suggests A Full-Screen Design + Power Button W/ Touch ID

Following the news of that Apple just registered 8 Apple Watches and 7 iPads in the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) databases, a manual for the new iPad Air, which is speculated of featuring the edge-to-edge screen design, was leaked online, via Twitter user DuanRui.

Assessing from this set of images, the manual to be verified is in the Spanish language. The schematic diagram in the figure shows that the new iPad Air will adopt an edge-to-edge-screen design similar to the iPad Pro, but it will not be implemented with a Face ID module, instead, it will utilize Touch ID that is integrated with the top power button coincides with the past rumor that Apple is developing a device with Touch ID built-in the power button.

Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo previously stated that Apple will launch the "iPhone SE Plus" with a side button that includes the Touch ID sensor next year.

In addition, the manual also shows that the back cover of the new iPad Air will have metal contacts for pairing with other keyboard accessories, and it also supports the same magnetic Apple Pencil pairing method as the iPad Pro. Perhaps there are some differences in the accessories.

Of course, the above screenshots cannot confirm whether or not the upcoming iPad Pro to sport those new features.

According to Joh Prosser, who has repeatedly revealed the release date of Apple products, the new Apple Watch, and the new iPad models will be released in the form of a press release on September 7.
